Ten years ago, I had friend move back to New Zealand with her family. I haven't seen her since and have often wondered what happened to her. I'm not sure how to find her.

Well, I've had mixed results with Google. I'm not complaining, as I'm glad for the people I've found that way.

My onl problem would be wrecognizing her. So much could have changed over a ten-year period, that i'm just scared I wouldn't recognize her. It would be even harder to identify her by a screen name.

For some odd reason, it didn't work. I got a message saying, "could not find server"

Your having a laugh on me?
I'd give it a while so, this happened to the zone and it's back up

Nymphadora,

Try it again. I tried and it worked for me. The server was just probably misbehaving when you tried just like Speedie said, "it was backed up."

I'm actually looking for two friends, named Jess and Grecia, who went to the Youth Slam 2007, were on floor 8, Pod A or something, with a girl named Jennifer and a mentor named Diane. I don't know if either of them are zoners but if you happen to know who I'm talking about I've been looking for them for a while, and would like getting in touch with them again.

I'm looking for some old friends too. Try setting up a group on Facebook concerning your Schools or Colleges. For example, an old friend of mine set up a New College Worcester group and I myself set up an RLSB Dorton House group to see who showed up or who joined the groups. I've found two familiar names I can still put to faces that way. One of them wasn't a friend, I didn't know him very well, but I I recognised him from the year above mine when I was in Primary/Elementary schooo nearly 14 years back, so you never know, do you?

Jen.

facebook will find them if they are signed up. I've found lots of old school friends that way, and even found out what has happened to a few that aren't on facebook, but that others are still in touch with. I am looking for my primary school friends now, so far though, not so much luck there.

I went to the youth slam with them in 2007, it would be awesome to see them again. Ya... There was a girl back in grade school that I knew. She was fairly nice but I was horribly mean to everyone there and it still is on my conscience to this day. God, I was a bitchy little eight-year-old brat. lol

how can you find your friends on facebook?

Post 19 by Juliet (move over school!) on Saturday, 03-May-2008 15:56:00

Join the club, I've been trying for ages to find several people I went to FSDB with, as well as a couple girls I went to the Rehab Center for the Blind down in Daytona Beach with, and have had next to no luck with.
Most of them have either had their numbers/e-mail addresses changed so much that nobody knows how to get in touch with them anymore, or we all just lost touch since we all graduated.

you may think this is weird but I found a ton of friends from my old neighborhood I grew up in on myspace. Though a lot of people hate the site I personally think it is great for finding people.

I had a friend at a blindness training center. We found each other on the zone. I've been looking for a friend of mine who happens to be a zoner. His name is Jake brown. His zone user name is jake2000sc. We were very good friends. He doesn't answer my calls, he's never online. He hasn't logged on the zone since march. If anyone knows this user, and has heard from him recently, please contact me. I'd be so greatful.
